Baptist History

We believe that Baptist history is intertwined with the history of all of God's people beginning at creation through present day.  There has always been a faithful witness in every age of man to carry the truth of God's Word.  Through the years they have been called many other names.  During the middle ages true Christian believers were branded as Ana-Baptists or rebaptizers.  This was a term of derision as the very name Christian as also.  Today, those who are true to the Bible and obedient to the call of Christ are glad to be called Baptists and to be associated with so many heroes of the faith who gave their lived to keep the message of the Gospel pure.
